INVESTMENT COST
Investment cost depends on the size and building requirements of the store. This also covers investment for construction, equipment, furniture/fixtures, start-up and initial supplies.

P13,000,000 – P16,000,000 Mall locations (over 200 sq. m. to 400 sq. m.)

Return of investment is anything from four to five years, relative to operational efficiencies.
